Obituary of Glynda Lee Hensley
Mrs. Glynda Lee Harrington Hensley, age 76 of Bradford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at her home. Funeral services for Mrs. Hensley will be conducted on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 2:00pm in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Daymond Duck officiating. Interment will follow in Bradford Cemetery.
She was born October 1, 1945, in Dyer, TN; the daughter of the late Alford Glynn & Maggie Laverne Cornatzor Harrington. She retired, after many years in the education field, as an Instructor and Educator at the University of Missouri Extension Office. Glynda was of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by one son, Geoffrey Hensley; two nieces, Felicia McNabb Bell, Amanda McNabb Crum (Michael); great nieces, Maggie Crum, Ali Maricle, Lindsey Maricle; great nephew, Trent McNabb; and great-great niece, Rylee Kate. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Billy Wayne Hensley; parents; stepfather, Hershel Baker; and sister, Judy Harrington.
The family will receive friends from 12:00pm – 2:00pm on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Glynda Lee Harrington Hensley.
