Willie Poole

Mrs. Willie Inez McCollum Poole, age 95, of Trimble, Tennessee, passed away from this life on March 4, 2013, at Gibson General Hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Poole will be conducted on Wednesday, March 6, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Dyer with Larry Fry officiating. Interment will follow in Yorkville Cemetery of Yorkville, Tennessee. Mrs. Poole was born January 17, 1918 in Kenton, Tennessee; the daughter of the late William and Vergie Dozier McCollum. She retired from factory work at Kellwood Company. Mrs. Inez was a member at Coolsprings Pentecostal Church. Mrs. Poole is survived by her son, Jamie Poole and wife Shelby; grandchildren, Tonya Poole, Rhonda Davis and husband Leonard, Brad Poole, Bryan Poole and wife Deanna, Ryan Dempsey, Lanita Murry, and Kenn Webb; 16 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Lee Poole, son, Jackie Poole, daughter, Onita Anderson; her parents; and granddaughter, Leigh Ann Poole Blurton. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2013. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Willie Inez McCollum Poole.
