William Duren

Mr. William Dudley Duren, age 79 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City. Funeral services for Mr. Duren will be conducted on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Kenton with Bro. Tim Sanderson and Bro. Wayne Perkins officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Kenton, Tennessee. He was born August 23, 1936 in Kenton, Tennessee; the son of the late Willie Duren and Maggie Council Duren. He was retired from Eaton Axle Corporation of Humboldt and a member of Kenton First Baptist Church. Mr. Duren is survived by his wife, Ann Duren; two sons, Darrell Duren and spouse Debbie; Jeffery Allen Duren and spouse Linda; two daughters, Laurie Ann Becton and Leslie Clifford and spouse, Jerry; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brother, Calvin Duren; sister, Ruth Coble and his parents. The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Kenton.
