Mrs. Wanda Qualls, age 70 of Jackson, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Friday, September 4, 2015, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Qualls will be conducted on Monday, September 7, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Rutherford with Elder Gale Skinner officiating. Interment will follow in Cool Springs Cemetery in Trimble, Tennessee.
She was born July 20, 1945, in Fulton, Kentucky; the daughter of the late Bonnie and Helen Callis. She was a retired machine operator at Kellwood Company and a member of Cool Springs Pentecostal Church.
Mrs. Qualls is survived by two sons, Stephen Qualls and spouse Neva, Glenn Qualls and spouse Monda; six grandchildren, Amanda Fisher, Moriah Abiles, Markquavius Smith, Kyle Johnson, Quinn McRae, and Emily Qualls; three great-grandchildren, and one brother, Willis Callis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlton Glenn Qualls, and her parents.
The family will receive friends from 9-11a.m. on Monday, September 7, 2015 before service time at 11:00 a.m. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Wanda Mae Qualls.
