Virginia Primrose

Mrs. Virginia Carol Primrose, age 67 of Sharon, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at Jackson Madison County Hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Primrose will be conducted on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Nathan Horton and Bro. Brandon Norton officiating. Interment will follow in Tansil Cemetery, in Sharon, TN. She was born December 3, 1950 in Weakley County; the daughter of the late Paul and Louise Wagner Simmons. She was an employee for Windsor Chainsaw Company, and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Primrose; one daughter, Darla Elliott and husband Terry; siblings, Marie Regan, Elaine Davidson, and Jimmy Simmons; grandchildren, Erin Elliott, Sarah Elliott Thomasson, and Rebecca Elliott Hart; and two great grandchildren, Elliott Thomasson, and Hadley Thomasson. She was proceeded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Gene Simmons, and Freddy Simmons. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Friday, February 16, 2018, at the Kenton chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home.
