Mrs. Sherry Lynn Elliott, age 66 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2014, at her home with her loving family. Funeral service for Mrs. Elliott will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Dyer, Tennessee. Bro John Coleman will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Dyer, Tennessee. Mrs. Elliott was born June 14, 1948, to Glenn and Shirley Halliburton Cooper. She was a beautician, homemaker, and loving mother, and member of the New Bethlehem Baptist Church. Mrs. Elliott is survived by her husband, Larry Elliott; one daughter, Kim Pillow and husband Greg; her mother, Shirley Cooper, and Her Girls, Deven "Boo" Zimmerman, Sylvanna Flowers, Ginger Zimmerman, Autumn Locke, Anna Barron; two sisters, Alice Teeters, Sissy Davis; and two brothers, Douglas " Bud" Cooper, and Jeffery Cooper. Visitation for Mrs. Elliott will be held on Monday, September 29, 2014, from 5-8 p.m. in the Chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Dyer, Tennessee.
