Ruby Sue Alexander

Ruby Sue Alexander, age 69 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, February 7, 2021, at home. Funeral services for Mrs. Alexander will be conducted on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of New Concord Baptist Church with Bro. Rodney Gregg officiating. Interment will follow in New Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.

She was born August 23, 1951 in Dyersburg, TN; the daughter of the late Perry & Birdie Powell Parker.  She was a factory worker at Trenton Laundry.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Joe Alexander; children, Michael Parker (Valerie), David Corpier; stepchildren, David Alexander, Brian Alexander, Frank Alexander, Kelly Alexander; brother, Ray Parker (Beverly); grandchildren, Hiliary Permenter, Chynna Parker, Austin Corpier, Hailey Corpier, Jessie Corpier, Morgan Corpier; and two great- grandchildren, Ellie Permenter, Eryn Finley Tate. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Kevin Corpier; siblings, Blondale Hargrove, Raymond Parker; and great-grandchild, Parker Glynn Tate.

The family will receive friends from 12: 00 pm until time of services on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at New Concord Baptist Church. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Ruby Sue Alexander.
