September 21st, 1937 - February 9th, 2019 Mr. Robert Wayne Jackson Sr. age 81 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Saturday, February 9th, 2019, at his home with his family around him. Funeral services for Mr. Jackson will be conducted on Tuesday, February 12th, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Rutherford, Tennesse the with Bro. Marlon Stephens officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Kenton, TN. Mr. Jackson was born September 21st, 1937 in Kenton, Tennessee; the son of the late Milburn and Elese Tate Jackson. He was a retired employee of Goodyear Tire and Rubber Mfg. He was a member of the Walnut Grove Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lois Paschall Jackson; two daughters, Lisa Flowers, Pam Jackson; two sons, Robert Wayne "Bobby" Jackson Jr, Danny Jackson; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and his sister, Ruby Yergin. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one great grandchild. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, in the chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Rutherford, Tennessee.
