Ricky Mccormick

Mr. Ricky Dale McCormick, age 58 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, October 1, 2017, at Humboldt General Hospital. Funeral services for Mr. McCormick will be conducted on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at 11:00am in the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Shiloh Cemetery, in Bradford, TN. He was born May 12, 1959 in Trenton, TN; the son of the late Radie and Charline (Hayes) McCormick. He was a retired Paramedic with the Gibson County EMS, where he served for 20 years. He was a member of Dyer Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Tucker McCormick; one daughter, Stacie Young; one step daughter, Cheri Draper (Bradley); two sisters, Peggy Davis and Lynda Groves; two grandchildren, Ace and Cash Young; and three step grandchildren, Sunny, Jon Adam, and Aubree Green. He was preceded in death by one sister, Darlene Gant; and his parents. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
