Ralph Perryman

Mr. Ralph Perryman, age 85 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on June 27, 2016, at Baptist East Hospital. Funeral services for Mr. Perryman will be conducted on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 2:00pm in the chapel of First Baptist Church of Kenton with Bro. Hoyt Wilson and Bro. Frank Kemper officiating. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery, in Kenton. He is survived by Barbara Ann - wife of 65 years. Preceded in death by his parents Roy & Edna Manus Perryman, brother Leroy Perryman, and son-in-law Stanley Qualls. He leaves a host of family members who cherish their memories of “Dedaddy”. Son Mike Perryman (Gail). Granddaughters Emily (John) Davidson and Ashley (Cory) Thompson. Great Granddaughters Kailey, Adley, Hannah, and Linley. Daughter Gail Qualls (late Stanley Qualls). Grandson: Jason (Jill). Granddaughter: Jamie (Josh) Hopper. Great Grandchildren Gabriel, Emmaline, Easton, and Jax. He also leaves a brother Levan (Cotton) Perryman and a sister Jean Prather of Clinton Mississippi and a host of nieces and nephews. Ralph (Dedaddy) was devoted to his family. He and Barbara Ann’s (Memama’s) joy was being involved with their grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was an active member of the First Baptist Church Kenton, TN where he served as a deacon and treasurer for many years as well as other positions in the church. Ralph retired from Texas Gas after 40 plus years. Ralph and Barbara Ann enjoyed traveling with family and friends especially after retirement. Ralph would attest to the fact that he had a good and rich life. The family will receive friends from 5-8:00pm on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at the First Baptist Church of Kenton.
