Peggy Oneal Fields

Peggy Oneal Fields, age 77 of Paris, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at AHC in Paris. Graveside services for Mrs. Fields will be conducted on Sunday, December 19, 2021, at 2:00 pm in Walnut Grove Cemetery with family and friends celebrating the life of Mrs. Peggy. Interment to immediately follow.

She was born September 21, 1944, in Kenton, TN; the daughter of the late Floyd & Bertha Hicks Baker. She retired from Saving Oil where she was a clerk, and attended Kenton Church of God.

She is survived by three children, Floyd Lee Arnold (Jackie), Avanda Jo James, Arlina Minton (Rob); brother, Eddie L. Baker (Daphane); brother- in-law, Tommy Eddlemon; grandchildren, Melisa Finch, Josh Minton, “Little” Avanda Stutsman, Chris Arnold, Josh Neal, Mark Neal, Jeremy Minton, Brandon Minton; and great grandchildren, Joseph Martin, Henry Stutsman, Loki & Noah Arnold, Owen Nelson, Carter Minton, Caiden Minton, Caleb Minton, Cara Mia Minton, Josh Neal, Brianna Neal, Cameron Neal, Tayler Neal, Chase Neal, Amy Neal, Paisley Neal, and Maverick Neal. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Simpson; parents; two sisters, Betty Mae Eddlemon, Joyce Ann Roberts; brother, Johnny Mac Baker; and brother-in-law, Ronald Dale Roberts.
