Patricia Ann Hurt

Mrs. Patricia Hurt, age 83 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Friday, February 26, 2021, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.  Funeral services for Mrs. Hurt will be conducted on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Kenton with Bro. Shawn Allred and Bro. Tony Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery in Kenton, Tennessee.

She was born February 4, 1938 in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of the late William Jessie and Esther Beatrice Jenkins. She was a retired registered nurse from the Gibson County Health Department. 

Mrs. Hurt is survived by two daughters, Lori Littleton (Dennis) and Libby Webb (Tim); one son, Gerald Hurt; four grandchildren, Perry Webb, Clay Webb, Lucas Littleton, and Lacy Littleton; and five great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, George Hurt; a brother, William G. Jenkins; and her parents.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, March 1, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Kenton. Mask and social distancing are required as mandated by the CDC recommendations.  Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Patricia Ann Jenkins Hurt.
