Minnie Powell

Mrs. Minnie Pearl Powell, 74, of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on January 14, 2015 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Graveside services for Mrs. Powell will be conducted on Saturday, January 17, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Sunnyside Cemetery of Kenton with Bro. Jerry Stafford and Bro. Paul Cagle officiating. Interment will follow. Mrs. Powell was born January 3, 1941, in Eva, Tennessee; the daughter of the late Coleman and Florence Hubbs Mealer. Mrs. Powell was a homemaker and member of the Church of Jesus Christ. Mrs. Powell is survived by his husband, Billy Wayne Powell; sons, Michael Wayne Powell and Billy Edward Powell; daughter, Julia Beth Coker; and grandson, James Lee Coker, Jr. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Minnie Pearl Powell.
