Mildred Burke

Mildred Noline Tidwell Burke, age 85, of Dyer Tennessee, passed away from this life on March 17, 2012, at Gibson General Hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Burke will be conducted on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Dyer with Bro. DeWayne Goodgine officiating. Internment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Dyer Tennessee. Mrs. Burke was born February 27, 1927, in Bon Aqua, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Monroe and Clara Tidwell. She was an Employee of Kellwood Company, and a member of the Dyer First Baptist Chhurch. She is survived by one daughter Margaret Ann Powell; one sister Kathleen Pendergrass, and one brother James Tidwell. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Burke and one daughter Kay McCollum.
