Mary Lasater

Mrs. Mary Frances Moore Lasater, age 87, of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on January 17, 2015, at Memorial North Park Hospital in Hixson, Tennessee. Funeral services for Mrs. Lasater will be conducted on Friday, January 23, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Marlon Stephens and Ms. Lou Sowell officiating. Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery of Rutherford. Mrs. Lasater was born June 26, 1927, in Rutherford; the daughter of the late Rob Wes and Dovie Hickman Moore. Mrs. Lasater was a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Rutherford. Mrs. Lasater is survived by her daughter, Jane Lloyd and husband, Robert of Hixson, Tennessee; grandson, Brian Lloyd; and nieces, Pat Park and Betty Griggs. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Quinton Thomas Lasater and her parents, Dovie and Rob Wes Moore; brothers, Wade Moore, and William Moore; and nephew, Bobby Moore.
