Marshall Baker

Mr. Marshall Allen Baker, age 75 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on April 8, 2016, at Dyer Nursing Home. Funeral services for Mr. Baker will be conducted on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at 2pm in the Rutherford Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Tucker officiating. Interment will follow in New Salem Cemetery, in Mason Hall, TN. He was born January 5, 1941 in Mason Hall, TN.; the son of the late Chesley Baker and Edith Roden. He was a retired farmer. He is survived by his wife, Ginny Baker; one son, John Baker (Lois); one step-son Glenn Griffin (Ronna); one brother, Jimmy Baker; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive friends from 5-8pm on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at the Rutherford Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
