Mark Dotson

Mr. Mark Dotson, age 54 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at his home. Funeral services for Mr. Dotson will be conducted on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 2pm in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Rutherford with Bro. Damon Duck officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford Cemetery, Rutherford, Tennessee. He was born December 6, 1961 Union City, Tennessee; the son of Marilyn Johnson and the late Jerry Wayne Dotson. He was self-employed at Mail & More and a member of Antioch Methodist Church in Rutherford. Mr. Dotson is survived by his wife, Tammy Inman Dotson; a daughter, Shelby Dotson; a son, Jacob Dotson (Jessica); two sisters, Melissa Tidwell and Stacey Dotson Riggins; two brothers, John Dodd and Steve Dotson; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Wayne Dotson. The family will receive friends from 5-8pm on Sunday, April 10, 2016.
