Marjorie Cross

Mrs. Marjorie Flowers Cross, age 97, of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, March 22, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City, Tennessee. Graveside service for Mrs. Marjorie Flowers Cross, will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. in the Sunnyside Cemetery in Kenton. Mrs. Cross was born to the late John Heron and Lou Emma Flowers. Mrs. Cross was a retired Lunchroom Attendant for the Kenton School and she coached the women's basketball team one year. Mrs. Cross was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. Along with her parents, Mrs. Cross was preceded in death by her husband, Damon Lee Cross. Mrs. Cross is survived by one son, Wendell Cross and wife Kate; one daughter, Bonnie Moon; three grandchildren, Benny, Ginger, Jacob, and five great-grand children, and two great-great-grandchildren.
