Marilyn Faye Jordan

Marilyn Faye Jordan, 84, of Kenton passed away from this life on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.

She was born on July 29, 1940, in St Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late Rufus and Marcella Crabtree Duren.

She is survived by two children, Teresea Watson (Mike) and Julie Patterson (Greg); five grandchildren, Jason Jordan, Blake Jordan, Lucas Garland, Tyler Jackson, Morgan Patterson; and eleven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus & Marcella Duren; her loving husband of 65 years Freddy Jordan; and son, Tony Jordan. 

Pallbearers are Jason Jordan, Cameron Jordan, Tyler Jackson, Daniel Jackson, Blake Jordan. Honorary pallbearers are Morgan Patterson, Madison Jordan, Rebecca Jackson, Jeremy Jackson.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jordan will be held Monday, January 27, 2025, at 1PM, in the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 11AM and proceed until service time. Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery.
