Marcella Freeman

Mrs. Marcella Rosalie Freeman, age 87 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Friday, July 26, 2013, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Freeman will be conducted on Sunday, July 28, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Sammie Dowland officiating. Interment will follow in Good Hope Cemetery of Dyer. She was born May 15, 1926, in Granite City, Illinois; the daughter of the late John Henry and Beulah Brown McCaslin. She was homemaker and a member of Clear Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by daughter, Angela Kay Goodman; son, Randy Freeman; three grandchildren, James Lee Goodman, Robert Joe Goodman, and Jonathan Wyatt Goodman; sister, Henrietta Finch, and brother, Pete McCaslin. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Arthur James Freeman. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, July 27th.
