Lois Carroll

Mrs. Lois Faye Pipkin Carroll age 82 of Trenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at the Dyer Nursing Home with her children around her. Funeral services for Mrs.  Carroll will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020 in the Dyer chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home with Bro. John Coleman officiating. Burial will be in the Oakwood Cemetery in Dyer, Tennessee.

Mrs. Lois Faye Pipkin Carroll was born June 8, 1938 in Linden, Tennessee, to the late Rufford and Zula Grooms Pipkin.  She was a retired shipping and receiving clerk for Dana Corporation in Newbern, Tennessee, along with being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mrs. Lois loved cooking and caring for her family and spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Lois leaves to cherish her memory three daughters, Rhonda Stafford and husband Terry, Kathy James, and Michele Whitaker and husband Jerry; two sons, Dale Carroll and wife Kay, and Roger Carroll and wife Carla; nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and one sister, Nell Wimberly and husband Perry. Mrs. Lois was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Carroll; son in law, Paul James; her parents; and one brother, Clark Pipkin.

Visitation for Mrs. Carroll will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 5:00pm – 8:00 pm in the Dyer chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home.
