Linda Young

Ms. Linda Mai Young, age 59, of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away on September 11, 2012, at the Dyer Nursing Home. Funeral services for Ms. Young will be conducted on Thursday, September 13, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Dyer with Bro. Johnny Watson officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery of Dyer. Ms. Young was born July 16, 1953; the daughter of the late Olivia Raines Young. She had worked at Gibson General Hospital as a Registered nurse. Linda is survived by one son, Matthew Young and two grandchildren, Alexis and Gunner Young. She was preceded in death by her mother. The family will receive friends from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Ms. Linda Mai Young.
