Lettie Graves

Mrs. Lettie Lavania Graves, age 100, slipped peacefully away into her Heavenly home on Saturday, May 15, 2021. Graveside service for Mrs. Graves will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Oakwood Cemetery in Dyer, Tennessee with Bro. Steve Aaron officiating.

Mrs. Lettie Lavania Graves was born March 16, 1921 to the late Rora and Ola Riley Webb.  She was a retired employee of Kellwood Company, and a member of the Assembly of God Church.  Mrs. Graves was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother.  She loved life, and spending it with her family, and those she loved.

Mrs. Graves is survived by her daughter, Doris Tyner, and husband Charles; son-in-law, Jerry Truett; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren. Mrs. Graves was preceded in death by her husband B.F. "Pete" Graves; her daughter, Marilyn Truett; her son, Randel Graves; her daughter-in-law, Martha Graves; her parents; three sisters, Mable Powell, Betty Whitten, Annie Cunningham; and two brothers, Scott Webb, and Otto Webb.
