Kenny Ray Parker

Kenny Ray "Big K" Parker age 64, of Kenton, Tennessee quietly entered his Heavenly home on Saturday, April 27, 2024, with his family and friends around him. A Celebration of Life Service for Big K will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2024, at 4PM at Hunter's Refuge and Lodging and RV, 5226 Kenton Levee Road, Kenton, Tennessee 38233. A gathering of friends and family will begin at 3PM and go until service time.

Mr. Kenny Ray Parker was born January 22, 1960; to the late Ivy Ray and Barbara Faye Campbell Parker. Kenny was a retired Goodyear employee after 30 years of service. He also worked with the Obion County Co-Op as a tender truck driver. Kenny enjoyed riding his motorcycle, NASCAR, and speed racing; along with spending time with his friends, which was his most cherished time.

Kenny is survived by his loving wife, Karen Parker; stepmother, Beverly Parker; stepdaughter, Kerri Covington and husband Jim; three step-grandchildren, Counce Covington, Josiah Covington, and Brianna Covington; siblings, Joel Thomas and wife Angela, Joshua Thomas, Jayce Holman, Jason Thomas, and Candie Thomas. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Demetra Parker and Marcia Mann; and two brothers, Ewell Anderson, and Gerald "Corky" Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, Kenny request memorials be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
