Kenneth Spencer

Kenneth Royce Spencer, age 77 of McKenzie, Tennessee passed away from this life on July 23, 2016, at the Henry County Medical Center in Paris. Funeral services for Mr. Spencer will be held Sunday, July 24, 2016 at 3pm in the chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Kenton with Bro. Bill Rice officiating. Interment will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery of Kenton, Tennessee. Mr. Spencer was born July 16, 1939 in Gibson County, Tennessee; the son of the late Paul Spencer and Velma Johnson Spencer. He was a retired machinist from the Gleason Foundary, and Church of Christ by faith. Mr. Spencer is survived by three children, Royce Spencer (Marion), Gary Spencer (Kayla), and Patrick Spencer (Scarlett); 6 grandchildren, Rodney Spencer, Landon Spencer, Carson Spencer, Alex Spencer, Blake Spencer, Danielle Spencer; one great-grandchild, Skylar Spencer. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Steve Spencer; his first wife, Mary Evelyn Spencer and his second wife, Nellie Scott Spencer. The family will receive friends from 12-3 pm on Sunday, July 24, 2016 in the chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Kenton.
