Jimmy Franklin Gilliland

Jimmy Franklin Gilliland age 53 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, February 22, 2021, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Memorial services for Mr. Gilliland will be conducted on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 5:00 pm in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Russell Little officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford Cemetery.

He was born September 2, 1967 in Trenton, TN; the son of OD Gilliland and the late Betty Baucom Gilliland. He was a mechanic at Robert’s Auto, and of the Methodist faith.

He is survived by wife, Stacy Gilliland; son, Jacob Gilliland (Randi); daughter, Stacie Fernandez; stepchildren, Dylan VanDyke, Jordyn VanDyke; sister, Kim Mossner (Gary); grandchildren, Ace Young, Cash Young, Haven Gilliland, and Addaliegh VanDyke.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm on Friday, February 26, 2021 at the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Jimmy Franklin Gilliland.
