Jimmie Joe Perrin, age 84 of Enville, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at home. Graveside services for Mr. Perrin will be conducted on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at 3:00 pm at Sunnyside Cemetery with Bro. Denny Broadway & Bro. Joe Mercer officiating.
He was born March 1, 1937 in West Plains, MO; the son of the late James Jasper & Dora Park Perrin of West Plains, MO. Jimmie moved from St. Louis to Kenton in 1967. He was a model-maker for Vulcan Corp, in Kenton, then working at Brownshoe Co. in Kenton and later to the Cuba, MO plant. In 1993, he moved to Enville and was a model-maker for Quality Manufacturing in Henderson, TN. Jimmie was also a woodworker & cabinet maker. After retirement in 2001, he helped develop Perrin Naturals Skin Care Company and was a co-owner, where he remained active until his recent illness. He served his country with the US Air Force 1958-1962, and was a devout Christian and an active member of Cornerstone Church in Scotts Hill, TN.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Judy Sanderson Perrin; children, Dwayne Bryant of Enville, DeLinda Jiles of Acworth, GA, James Perrin (Courtney) of Nashville, TN; seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by siblings & their spouses, Violet Hope (Lin) of Liverpool, NY, Velma Maxine Payne of St. Augustine, FL, and Vernon Payne (Geneva) of St. Louis, MO.
