Jeraldine Bailey

Mrs. Jeraldine Pentecost Bailey, age 93 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on May 31, 2017, at Dyer Nursing Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Bailey will be conducted on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 10:00am in the Dyer Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Garry Burkacki officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, in Dyer. She was born June 3, 1923 in Palmersville, TN; the daughter of the late Jack Oliver and Jewell (Jackson) Pentecost. She worked at Cox Style Shop where she retired. She is survived by her children, Joyce McMackin (Rodney), and Frank Bailey (Karen); four grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Maynard Bailey; and one grandson, Scott Bailey McMackin. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00pm on Friday, June 2, 2017, at the Dyer Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
