Jasper Warren “Jr” Ayers Jr., age 76 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at home. Memorial services for Mr. Ayers will be conducted on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at 2:00 pm in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Joseph Dickinson officiating.
He was born April 23, 1945, in Gibson County, TN: the son of the late Warren & Esslene Howell Ayers. He retired from the Gibson County School District as a custodian.
He is survived by two daughters, Sandy Ayers, Penny Keen; two brothers, James Ayers, Davy Ayers; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Carolyn Ayers.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Jasper Warren “Jr” Ayers Jr.
