Jason Lee Wylie

Jason Lee Wylie, age 49 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, March 5, 2023, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral services for Mr. Wylie will be conducted on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 4PM in the chapel of Macedonia Baptist Church with Bro. Michael Julian, Jake Wylie, and Jason Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.

Jason was born May 31, 1973, in Union City, TN; the son of Jane Campbell Stroud, and Jerry Wylie (Brenda). He was a central office technician for TEC Telecommunications; custodian and member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

Jason is survived by his loving wife, Trayce Wylie; mother, Jane Campbell Stroud; father & stepmother, Jerry & Brenda Wylie; three children, Jake Wylie (Kendall), Nick Wylie (Halley), Caden Wylie (Brianna); sister, Jennifer Cook; and grandson, Jaxton Lee Wylie.

Pallbearers are Jeremy Warren, Donny Little, Tyler Hayes, Brian Owens, Tom Lannom, Todd Chandler, Travis Little, and Kelly Whitworth. Honorary pallbearers will be the TEC retired & active employees, Jay Ray Hobbs, and David Ridenour.

The family will receive friends from 1:30PM – 4PM on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at the chapel of Macedonia Baptist Church. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Jason Lee Wylie.
