Janice Faye Duck

Mrs. Janice Faye Duck, age 71 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, March 5, 2023, at her daughters’ home. Funeral services for Mrs. Duck will be conducted on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 1PM in the chapel of Kenton Church of God with Bro. Dennis Cleek officiating. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.

She was born June 6, 1951, in Martin, TN; the daughter of the late Willie B. Watkins & Jennie Bell Hammonds.  She retired as a receptionist with Gray Clinic and was a member of Kenton Church of God.

She is survived by daughter, Jessica Hendrix (Charles); sister, Dianne Gilliland (Neil); two grandchildren, Jase Ellison, Bowie Hendrix; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Duck; son, Stacey Ellison; and two brothers, Sonny and Deanie Watkins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Kenton Church of God, or charity of your choice.

The family will receive friends from 11AM – 1PM, on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at the Kenton Church of God. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Janice Faye Duck.
