James Richmond

Mr. James William Richmond, age 82, of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on March 3, 2015, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services for Mr. Richmond will be conducted on Friday, March 6, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Dyer with Rev. Don Barnett officiating. Interment will follow in Poplar Grove Cemetery of Dyer, Tennessee. Mr. Richmond was born April 23, 1932, in Dyer, Tennessee; the son of the late Lamar and Daisy Mathis Richmond. He retired from Brown Shoe Company of Trenton. Mr. Richmond served his country with the US Army. Mr. James Richmond is survived by his wife, Pansy Jean Patterson Richmond. He is preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
