Jack Davidson

Mr. Allen Jackson “Jack” Davidson, age 92 of Trenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Thursday, November 26, 2020, at his home.  Graveside services for Mr. Davidson will be conducted on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Griers Chapel Cemetery in Trenton, Tennessee with Bro. Daymond Duck officiating.

He was born June 24, 1928 in Dyer, Tennessee, the son of the late Carl Alonzo Davidson and Callie Estelle Davidson. He was a former employee of Brown Shoe Company and a retired custodian from the Gibson County High School and a member of New Bethlehem Baptist Church.

Mr. Davidson is survived by his daughter, Jacqueline Taylor; three grandchildren, Melanie Patterson, Dana Powell (Edgar), and Jonathan Summers (Tara); 11 great-grandchildren, Maggie Powell, Hannah Patterson, Madelyn Powell, Caleigh Patterson, Macie Powell, Joshua Porter, Laney Patterson, Jackson Summers, Mary Katelyn Summers, Edison Powell, and Shelton Summers; one sister, Ernestine Argo.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances Davidson; one sister, Carlis Boucher and his parents.
