Ivie Eddlemon

Mrs. Ivie Elizabeth Eddlemon, age 97 of Beech Bluff, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, June 5, 2017, at Nashville, Tn. Funeral services for Mrs. Eddlemon will be conducted on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 3:00pm in the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Hare officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, in Dyer. She was born July 5, 1919 in Dyer, TN; the daughter of the late Brooks and Rosie Foster Porter. She was a cafeteria worker of Dyer City Schools, and a member of Dyer Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She is survived by two children, Becky Martin (Randy), and Perry Eddlemon (Gail); and two grandchildren, Bradley Montgomery, and Cameron Martin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paris Eddlemon; and one grandchild, Jennie Eddlemon. The family will receive friends from 12:00-3:00pm on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
