Gwendolyn Rickard

Gwendolyn Kay “Gwen” Rickard, age 63 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on April 23, 2017, at Humboldt Medical Center. Funeral services for Rickard will be conducted on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home in Kenton with Bro. Johnny Witherspoon officiating. Interment will follow in New Concord Cemetery in Kenton. Mrs. Rickard was born March 20, 1954 in Chicago Illinois; the daughter of the late Jessie Lee Eddlemon, and her mother Golden Frazier Eddlemon who survives her. Mrs. Rickard was homemaker and housewife, and a member of New Concord Baptist Church. Mrs. Rickard is survived by her husband Larry Rickard; one daughter, Lora Rickard; her mother, Golden Eddlemon; one sister, Cindy Eddlemon; half-sister, Jenny Lynn Eddlemon; and two brothers, Johnny Eddlemon, and Brian Eddlemon. Mrs. Rickard was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Lee Eddlemon; and one brother, Gary Eddlemon. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 in the chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home in Kenton.
