Golden C. Eddlemon

Mrs. Golden C. Eddlemon, age 85 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at home. Funeral services for Mrs. Eddlemon will be conducted on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 3PM in the chapel of New Concord Baptist Church. Interment will follow in New Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.

She was born March 27, 1938, in Sidonia, TN; the daughter of the late Johnie C. & Ruby E. (Knott) Frazier. She retired from caregiving with the elderly, after working at Kenton Custom Molding, and was a member of New Concord Baptist Church.

Mrs. Eddlemon is survived by two children, Cindy Jackson, Jesse Brian Eddlemon; two brothers, Homer Frazier, Clarence Frazier; three half-sisters, Annette Harrison, Jeanette Needham, Becky Morgan; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Lee Eddlemon; daughter, Gwendolyn Rickard;  sons, Gary Eddlemon, and Johnny Eddlemon; and daughter-in-law, Belinda Eddlemon.

The family will receive friends from 2PM – 3PM on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at New Concord Baptist Church. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Golden C. Eddlemon.
