Gladys Morrow

Mrs. Gladys Lorelle Morrow, age 87, of Newbern, Tennessee, passed away from this life on June 3, 2013, at Regional Hospital of Jackson. Funeral services for Mrs. Morrow will be conducted on Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at 2:30, in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Dyer with Josh Cook officiating. Interment will follow in Yorkville Cemetery of Yorkville, Tennessee. Mrs. Morrow was born July 8, 1925, in Gibson County; the daughter of the late Bishop and Eva Fisher Williams. She worked at Rutherford Garment Factory and Kellwood Company as a seamstress. Mrs. Morrow is survived by sister-in-law, Doris Williams; nieces and nephews, Brenda and Tommy Teague, Carol and Larry Shanklin, Pam and Joe Penn, Nadine and Jimmy Jackson, Wade and Kathy Peevyhouse; and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse, Raymond Morrow, a son Dennis Morrow; sister, Frances Griggs; and brother Fisher Williams.
