Gerald Howard Keele Jr.

Gerald Howard Keele Jr., age 60 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Memorial services for Gerald will be conducted on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at 3PM in the chapel of Macedonia Baptist Church with Bro. Michael Julian and Bro. Rodney Gregg officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Cemetery.

He was born July 26, 1963, in Chicago, Ill; the son of the late Gerald Howard Keele Sr., and Betty (Curtis) Wilson. Gerald moved to Kenton from Carroll County about 23 years ago. He worked as a Logistics Manager at Tyson Local Grain, with 15 years of service. He was on the Baptist faith, and member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

He is survived by wife, Mickie Keele; mother, Betty Wilson; two children, Brandi Everett (Tim) of Atwood, Christopher Keele (Olivia) of Mount Holly, NJ; sister, Denise Oliver (Dale) of Springville; brother, Arch Keele (Amanda) of Trezevant; three grandchildren, Samuel Everett & Ellie Joe Everett both of Atwood, and Gauge Howard Keele of Knoxville; nephew, Tommy Keele of Trezevant; niece, April Redner of Springville; and great nephew, Keenan Redner. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Howard Keele Sr.; and son, Jeremy Howard Keele.

The family will receive friends from 1PM-3PM on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at Macedonia Baptist Church. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Gerald Howard Keele Jr.
