Frances Adeline Lowrance

Mrs. Frances Lowrance, age 74 of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at her home.  Funeral services for Mrs. Lowrance will be conducted on Friday, November 25, 2022; at 2:30 pm in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Joey Barron officiating. Interment will follow in Rutherford Cemetery.

She was born July 18, 1948, in Atwood, TN; the daughter of the late Isaac and Connie Moon. She retired from Farmers & Merchants Bank after 35 years of service as the Vice President.  She was a member of the Dyer Church of Christ.   

Frances is survived by her husband, Douglas “Doug” Lowrance; her daughter, Jackie Barron (Joey); her son, Johnny Gammons (Joy); two grandchildren, Megan Whitaker (Chase) and Miranda Fly (Jonathon); one great-grandchild, Madilynn Fly; one sister, Judy Hatch (Larry) and Doug’s children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Travis Moon, Joel Moon, and Dub Moon.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:30 pm on Friday, November 25, 2022, at the Rutherford Chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.  Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Frances Adeline Lowrance.
