Enoch Austin

Mr. Enoch Thomas Austin, age 81, of Rutherford, Tennessee, passed away from this life on April 21, 2015, at Trenton Center. Graveside services for Mr. Austin will be conducted on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at 3:30 p.m. at Walnut Grove Cemetery of Trenton, Tennessee. Bradley Roberts will be officiating. Interment will follow. Mr. Austin was born January 14, 1934, in Gibson County, Tennessee; the son of the late Edgar Burton and Rottlean Castleman Austin. Mr. Austin retired as a self-employed general contractor. He also served his country with the US Navy for four year in Korea. Mr. Austin is survived by his wife, Dona Austin; daughters, Gail Pugh and husband Richard, Rowanna Tipton, and Linda Smith; son, Eldon Austin and wife Susan; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Tammy Ross. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is especially honored to serve the family of US veteran Enoch Thomas Austin.
