Dorothy Harris

Mrs. Dorothy Mae Harris age 94 of Kenton, Tn, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Harris on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 12:00 pm in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Witherspoon officiating. Burial will be in the Rutherford Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 9, 2020 from 9:30 am until service time at 12:00 pm.

Mrs. Dorothy Mae Harris was born December 26, 1925 to the late Lon Tinkle and Willie Mae White Crouse.  She was a retired employee of Kellwood Company. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great- grandmother. Mrs. Harris was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church.

Mrs. Harris leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter, Diane Harpole; two sons, Lynn Harris, Mark Harris; two grandchildren, Renee McElhaney, David Harpole; and five great – grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Harris, and her parents.
