Donna Pierce Whitt, 47, of Kenton, died February 25, 2013 at her home. Services will be Friday at 1:30 pm at Karnes & Son Funeral Home in Kenton, burial will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery. Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Kenton is in charge of arrangements. She was born August 2, 1965, in Salina, Kansas, daughter of Donald W. Pierce, of Union City and Patricia Orr Pierce, of Kenton. She was the wife of Jerry Lynn Whitt, II. She is also survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey & Jennifer Pickard of Paris, TN; her stepdaughter, Rachel Brown of Hornbeak; her stepson, Jerry L. Whitt, III, of Trenton; her stepmother, Patricia R. Pierce of Union City; her stepsister, Michelle (Brian) Babb, of Union City; Her stepbrother, Greg (Jenny) Taylor of Loxley, AL; four step-grandchildren and two step-nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Delbert and Marie Orr. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 1.
