Donna Ray

Mrs. Donna Kay Ray, age 54 of Byhalia, MS, formally of Counce, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, January 1, 2018, at home. Funeral services for Mrs. Ray will be conducted on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 1:00pm in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Yorkville Cemetery, in Yorkville, TN. She was born September 1, 1963 in Trenton, TN; the daughter of the late Larry and Carolyn (Barber) Knox. She loved karaoke, dancing and hanging out with family and friends. Mrs. Ray was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by children, Johnnie Singleton of Mason Hall, TN, Joshua Singleton (Danielle) of Springville, TN; grandchildren, Jade Beasley of Clarksville, TN, Kelsey Dycus of Dyer, TN, Garrett Fontenot, Laylyn Singleton and Billy Ray Singleton, all of Springville, TN; great niece, Makynlee Scott of Byhalia, MS; and one sister, Betty Knox of Byhalia, MS. She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents, Lloyd and Nettie Barber, and Herbert and Jewel Knox. The family will receive friends from 11:00-1:00pm on Friday, January 5, 2018, in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
