Rev. Donald Kenneth "Don" Barnett February 13th, 1947 - August 3, 2018 Rev. Donald Kenneth Barnett age 71 of Humboldt , Tennessee, passed away from this life on Friday, August 3rd, 2018, at Humboldt General Hospital. Funeral service for Rev. Donald Kenneth "Don" Barnett will be conducted on Monday, August 6th, 2018 at 11:00 am at Center United Methodist Church in Gadsden, Tennessee with Dr. Paul Mullikin, Rev. Barbara Blackmon - Fortune, officiating. Interment will follow in Salem Cemetery, Macon, Mississippi on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jimmy Glass officiating. Donald Kenneth Barnett was born February 13th, 1947 in Cleveland , Mississippi; the son of Kenneth and Dorthy Taylor Barnett . Rev. Donald Kenneth "Don " Barnett was a United Methodist Minister at Mississippi River District at Center United Methodist Church in Gadsden, Tennessee, along with serving The Memphis Conference though out Tennessee, Kentucky, and North Mississippi. He served his country with the US Navy/ Army. He was honored to serve his Country. He is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth Farrar Barnett, one son Taylor Barnett and fiance Tonya, and one daughter Beth Barnett, two grandchildren, Amber Williams and husband Chad, and Miranda Barnett and fiance Jonathon, three sisters, Faye Cowart, Mary White, Susanne Barnett. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Toby Mitchell, and twin brother Ronald Barnett The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Sunday, August 5th, 2018 at Center United Methodist Church, in Gadsden, Tennessee.
