Delores Jean Agee

Mrs. Delores “Dee” Jean Agee, age 78 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, in Crossville, TN. Funeral services for Mrs. Agee will be conducted on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 2:00 pm in the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Barry Capps & Bro. Darryl Marcle officiating. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery, in Kenton.

She was born March 5, 1943 in Humboldt, TN; the daughter of the late Robert & Loraine Ligon.  She worked at Refreshments of TN, where she retired, attended Laneview Baptist Church and was a member of the Eastern Star in Mason Hall.

She is survived by children, Kyle Agee (Sheila) of Kenton, TN, Michael Agee Jr. of Fort Worth, TX, Dina Green (Mark) of Crossville, TN; grandchildren, Lia Hicks (Michael) of Dyer, TN, Dakota Agee (Megan) of Kenton, TN; great grandchild, Jordan Agee; sister, Freida Land of Zephyrhills, FL; and nephews, Phillip Land, Sam Land (Judy), and Steven Land, all of Zephyrhills, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Linton Agee Sr.; brother, Robert Ligon II; niece, Ramona Johnson; and nephews, Chuck, and Robin Land.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am – 2:00pm on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Delores Jean Agee.
