Mrs. Deborah Lynn Goad, age 63 of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Sunday, March 4, 2018, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Goad will be conducted on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home with Bro. John Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, in Dyer, TN. She was born January 22, 1955 in Union City, TN; the daughter of the late Mannie and Evelyn White. She was a factory worker at Brown Shoe Company, and was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Goad; one sister, Carolyn (Tommy) Smith; nephew, Brent (Valli) Smith; grand niece, Kinley Smith; grand nephew, Weston Smith; niece, Jennifer (Keith) Griffin; grand nephew, Bryce Griffin; step daughter, Shelley (Jimmy) Scogin; step grandson, Tyler (Colleen) Ball; step great grandson, Emmett Ball; step grandson, Coleby (Natalie) Scogin; step grandson, Alec Scogin; step son, Brandon (Lora) Goad; step granddaughter, Estella Goad; step granddaughter, Georgia Goad; step grandson, Silas Goad; brother in law, Wayne (Lisa) Goad, Jason and Justin; sister in law, Patsy (Tim) Collins, Tamara; brother in law, Jerry Goad; brother in law, Randle Goad; and brother in law, Jimmy (Michelle) Goad, Ally and Libby. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother in law, Eugene Goad. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 pm on Monday, March 5, 2018, at the Dyer chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home.
