Dayle Yvonne Montgomery

Mrs. Dayle Yvonne Montgomery age 84, of Rutherford Tennessee, passed away at Volunteer Hospital in Martin, TN. Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Montgomery on Friday July 7,2023,3 at 1PM in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Rutherford Cemetery.

Mrs. Dayle Yvonne Montgomery was born June 26, 1939, in Bunker, MO; to the late Paul and Lula Jewell Shelton Thompson. Mrs. Montgomery was a retired factory worker with Troy Mfg. Company, and a member of the Northerns Chapel Baptist Church.

Mrs. Montgomery is survived by two daughters, Sheryl Pitts (Jerry), Kathleen Lewis (Adam Siwek); two sons, Theodore F. "Frankie" Lewis, Mark Lewis; two stepsons, Brad Montgomery, Shane Montgomery (Amy); her son in law, Jackie Parlow; one sister, Gail Blackwell; sister-in-law, Judy Ellis; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

Mrs. Montgomery was preceded in death by her husband, Dale Montgomery; three daughters, Dolly Lewis, Melinda Lewis, Laura Parlow; son, Michael Lewis; two brothers, David Hodges, Dale Hodges; and sister, Beverly Hodges.

Visitation with family and friends for Mrs. Montgomery will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2023, from 5PM – 8PM in the Rutherford chapel of Karnes and Son Funeral Home.
