Commie Hardy

Mrs. Commie Pauline Cain Hardy, age 83, of Dyer, Tennessee, passed away from this life on January 11, 2015, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services for Mrs. Hardy will be conducted on Friday, January 16, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Rutherford with Rev. Paul Cagle officiating. Interment will follow in Cowells Chapel Cemetery of Camden, Tennessee. Mrs. Hardy was born February 11, 1931, in Benton County, Tennessee; the daughter of the late Commie Elihu and Beulah Marie Howe Cain. Mrs. Hardy was a homemaker and member of Dyer United Pentecostal Church. Mrs. Hardy is survived by daughter, Janice Paulette Mikos and husband Joe, son, Charles Joseph Hardy and wife Joan, and daughter, Nancy Ruth Paulhus; thirteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and siblings, Frank Cain, James Cain, Sue Myers, and Evy Goddard. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Rev. Lloyd C. Hardy; daughter, Carol Lynn Hardy; siblings, Gladys Jarrett, Tom Cain, and C. E.
