Cody Allen Green

Cody Allen Green, age 23 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, April 10, 2023, at home. Funeral services for Cody will be conducted on Sunday, April 16, 2023, at 3PM in the chapel of Kenton Church of God with Bro. Dennis Cleek officiating. Interment will follow in Sunnyside Cemetery.

Cody was born September 24, 1999, in Dyersburg, TN; the son of Jesse & Candace (Ellis) Green. He worked with TDOT as a road worker & truck driver. Cody was a member of Kenton Church of God.

Cody is survived by his parents, Jesse & Candace Green; his girlfriend, Ellen Currie; grandparents, Allen & Pam Stafford, Jerry & Peggy Green; uncle, Jeremy Green (Alicia); aunt, Holly Newman (Terry); sisters, Kayla Kesterson, Jessilin Green, Kealy Coble (Blake); nephew, Bentley Coble; and cousins, Autumn Green, Lindsey Green, Scout Green, Emileigh Newman, and Dylan Newman.

The family will receive friends from 5PM – 8PM on Saturday, April 15, 2023, in the chapel of Kenton Church of God. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Cody Allen Green.
