Charles William Needham

Charles William Needham, age 90 of Kenton, Tennessee, passed away from this life on Monday, September 25, 2023, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Funeral services for Mr. Needham will be conducted on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 2PM in the chapel of Union Grove Methodist Church with Bro. Robert ‘Bo’ McEwen officiating.

He was born June 8, 1933, in Dyer, TN; the son of the late John Robert & Mamie Mozelle (Ashley) Needham. He was owner & operator of Charlie’s Radiator Shop and member of Union Grove Methodist Church. He served his country with the US Air Force.  

Mr. Needham is survived by his devoted wife, Norma Jean Needham; two daughters, Eva Ilg (Guy), Leilani Owens (Gary); three stepchildren, Kathy Hale, Janice Dickey, Kenny Garrett; sister, Caroline Needham Smith (Jim); nine grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; thirteen step-great grandchildren; two step great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by first wife, Jessie Lynn Needham; second wife, Barbara Ann Needham; and brother, Jerry Lynn Needham.

The family will receive friends from 5PM-8PM on Friday, September 29, 2023, at the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Charles William Needham.
